Refund policy

This refund policy sets out the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for services offered by The Heartfelt Energy.
2. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract up to 12 hours before the start of the session, without giving any reason. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer has the right to a full refund of the amount paid for the service.
3. Refunds and Cancellations Beyond the Withdrawal Period
Beyond the withdrawal period, The Heartfelt Energy reserves the right to consider refunds and cancellations based on the following principles:
– The refund or cancellation must be reported in writing through the Messenger app or as a text message SMS to the number +48 509-194-935 (Polish number), before the start of the scheduled session.
4. Refunds and Cancellations Procedure
As above, to report a refund or cancellation, the customer should contact via the Messenger app or as a text message SMS to the number +48 509-194-935.
5. Refunds
The refund will be made to the customer’s account within 2 business days from the date of acceptance of the refund or cancellation notice.
